In this video, I break down what went wrong for this junior college defensive back in his 1-on-1 rep vs. a wide receiver. He exhibited a habit that I see from many defensive backs and it often gets them in trouble. IN this video, I tell you what that habit is and why you must get rid of it now if you are doing. I will also tell you what needs to be done when you get yourself into a sticky after getting beat at the line of scrimmage. There’s a lot going on in this rep and plenty for me to breakdown.
