Post Views: 1,004 In our latest edition of the What Did He Do Wrong breakdown from my Instagram All Eyes DB Camp account account, the name of the game is staying square. One of the biggest mistakes that I see out of defensive backs, both when playing in press and off is an unwillingness to stay square. The fear of a receiver running at full speed causes the DB to prematurely open the gate or the door as I choose to call it. This lets the wide receiver in your house where they could take whatever they want. In several of the clips in this month’s breakdown, you will see how this causes a problem and puts the defensive back at a disadvantage. As always, feel free to send me an email with your comments and questions on this video. cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com – thank you for being a member.
