Post Views: 1,758By: Chad Wilson I know, I’m the last one you would expect to find speaking positively about Cover 4 aka quarters coverage but the truth of the matter is that coaches are running it so you might as well learn how to have some fun in it.In this latest video, I discuss a pretty sneaky way to set up the offense that is setting you up when they see you in Cover 4. Much of what good offenses do to teams running Cover 4 is some combination of removing the double teams on the front side of the play and making the safety or corner chase a wide receiver across the field on an impossible route to cover.Well, there is a remedy for that sometimes and I go over that simple remedy in this video posted below. It’s going to take a certain amount of awareness to do this but once you get the hang of it, you can become a real pain in the backside of offenses that are trying to hit the big play on your secondary. So check it out and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to my via email at cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com.
