In this video, I do a quick 10 second breakdown of each rep in the video to give you a speedy synopsis of where each DB went right or wrong in their rep. Sometimes when you are in practice as a coach you have to coach guys up on the go. This is exactly what I am doing here only on video. Grab the one or two comments I make and run with them.
