I’ve finally been able to give you my break down on this pretty popular red zone 1-on-1 rep that I posted on my Instagram account several weeks ago.  I wanted to give you a break down on this rep A) because it was a pretty good camera shot of the rep and B) because it involves a very common but fixable mistake that defensive backs make in red zone situations.

Playing in the red zone is unlike playing in the middle of the field.  Things happen differently in the red zone.  Things happen quicker in the red zone and as such they require a bit of an adjustment to technique and operations. This clips was a good example of that so I was fortunate enough to come across it and be able to use it to help you guys in this situation that you will undoubtedly find yourself in.

Enjoy the breakdown and the clip.  One of the best things about it is that it was in slow motion,  which really helps when making a breakdown vid.  Anyway,  if you have any questions on this,  feel free to send me an email at: cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com – Thank you for being a member.
