Post Views: 1,527I am looking to start a new segment in the Member’s Area where I breakdown a 1-on-1 matchup between a cornerback and wide receiver. In the process I will give my thoughts on the reps along with some helpful tips on both what was done right and what was done wrong.I am kicking this new segment off with the matchup between Jamar Chase and Marlon Humphrey last week. Humphrey has been one of the top corners in the league since his 2nd season and Chase has been a rookie sensation. To say that Chase got the better of this matchup would be an understatement. Chase has really impressed in his rookie season and has been a bully vs. virtually everyone he has gone against. You have to respect it.In the video below I breakdown some of their reps from the matchup and talk about what went right and wrong. It’s good for players at all levels as you may face an opponent with similar characteristics or you may attempt to deploy similar tactics as Humphrey did in this matchup. As always, you can send me your comments or questions via email to: cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com – Thank you for being a member.AuthorRecent Posts alleyesdbcampOwner at All Eyes DB CampChad Wilson is the founder of All Eyes DB Camp and a former standout defensive back for the Miami Hurricanes.
