Post Views: 2,021Covering slot WRs can be a pain in the you know what. Many offenses have devoted themselves to scheming up ways to get them open and have a lot of fun throwing to them on 3rd down and keeping defenses on the field.Defenses have come up with all kinds of techniques and ways to keep this from happening. Many of them fail and as a result pass offenses are more prolific now that they have ever been. This video talks to you about the technique that I have had the most success with and that I have seen others have a great deal of amount of success with. That technique is catch technique. Catch technique involves a certain amount of courage from the defenders to play it but once they buy into it, there is evidence to suggest that it is the best way to go in covering slot WRs.I go more into detail about catch technique in these other postsCatch technique tips vs. slotsCatch technique breakdown: Marco Wilson – FloridaAEDB Breakdown: Catch Technique USC vs. TexasYou can check those videos out after you watch this one.If you are interested in gear like the one you see me wearing in the video.
