Post Views: 2,577 You know we all love the 1-on-1 segment of the exposure camps like Rivals and Nike. It’s our time to see who really has the skills to play man to man and rise to the level of competition. What I love about these segments is that we have a lot of opportunities to learn from the individual reps that take place. Whenever I see the 1-on-1s at camps there are some habits that many defensive backs have and I wish would change but that only comes with coaching and consistent reps in training. In the video I have down below, I go through a few clips from the camp and tell you the good, bad and ugly from some of the reps. As I said, there is much to learn from the camps and from the video.
