Post Views: 1,650 I covered people once. I found some old 1-on-1 practice videos and decided to breakdown my own technique. Granted this a highlight video so the majority of the clips are wins and I remember them well. If I did lose any 1-on-1 reps in practice, I sure don’t remember them. Anyway it’s 1991 so the picture quality is not of the HD standards of 2019 so get over yourself. Nevertheless, it’s clear enough to the see me locking dudes down and it’s certainly good enough for you to grab the lessons I am putting forth. In the video I discuss weaving to maintain leverage, getting hands on WRs at the line of scrimmage, closing out space, coming out of breaks, etc. These are all great lessons for you to learn as a defensive back in coverage. Enjoy!, If you have questions about the video or the member’s area, feel free to email me at: cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com – Thanks for being a member.
