Post Views: 1,919 Part II of the breakdown of my technique in 1-o-1 practice reps from my sophomore season at Long Beach St. I appreciate the feedback I received on part I. This is just continuation of that first video with several more reps from the video with my technique broken down. It is interesting that I have reps of me playing off man in this video. We almost NEVER played off when I was at Long Beach St. We pressed everything. 3rd and 3…. PRESS. 3RD and 21…. PRESS. It was in practice that I was able to work on and hone my skills in off technique. Looking back at some of these reps, I should’ve pushed for us to play off some more in games. Nevertheless, there’s a little bad on the film that I critique but a lot more good that I breakdown for you to get an idea of why it’s good, why it was used and how it can help you. Enjoy it and as always, if you have any questions or feedback about this video or the member’s area, feel free to contact me via email: cwilson@alleyesdbcamp.com – Thank you for being a member.
