Part I of my three part series on the best basic DB drills, I show you some of the core drills that I did everyday as a defensive back coach and that I do every session now with the the players that I train. Between the 3 part series, I do a combination of some of these drills to automate the movements of a defensive back so that he does not have to waste any time thinking about these movements in the game.
